For more than two decades, Elliott Ross Contracting has served homeowners, businesses, property managers and government clients across Maryland, DC and Virginia. What started as a craftsman’s trade has grown into a full-service contracting firm — but the standard hasn’t changed.
We combine a wide range of building capabilities into a single offering, which means a project that touches drywall, flooring, masonry and roofing still has just one team responsible for it. We rarely find a project beyond our ability, because we’ve built our skill set around turning abstract ideas into finished, durable work.
More than a contractor
Beyond renovation and remodeling, ERC has spent over a decade in insurance restoration — documenting storm, fire and water damage, navigating claims alongside adjusters, and rebuilding properties to pre-loss condition or better. We also serve as a complete turnkey vendor for property management and public-sector clients, with 24/7 emergency availability and HUD/ADA-compliant work.
